The Continuity File · Personal

Every AI you meet
starts from zero.

Your file is what you hand over. One record of you, written forward day by day, owned by you. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and they stop guessing. Take it back whenever you want. It cannot be written backwards.

Free, no card. Your file is yours to keep. The Room, where it stays alive, is $99 a year, or $12 a month. Cancel anytime.

The hand, live

Same question. Same model.
One of them knows her.

Both answers below came from the same live endpoint, seconds apart. The only difference is consent: whether her file had been handed over. Your file runs on exactly this rail.

How it works

Yours from the first entry.

Three moves. Create it, hand it over, take it back. We are the rail in the middle, and we never get a vote.

01 / Create it

Your file opens today

A few minutes of writing in your own words seeds the first entry, free, no card. From that day forward the file is dated, owned by you, and growing. The sooner it opens, the more it is worth.

02 / Hand it over

Any AI reads it

The file compiles into a block you paste into any assistant. The model stops guessing who you are from scraps of old chats and answers the person in the file. New chat, new tool, new phone: you never start from zero again.

03 / Take it back

Revoke always works

Every handover is a consented grant, scoped at the door and revocable at any moment. Revocations are published where anyone can check them. Holding your file is never the same thing as having permission to read it.

The Room

Where the file stays alive.

The Room is the private space around your file. It writes with you, notices when you move, and keeps the record deepening. Already a member? Sign in and it opens where you left off.

The daily line

One line of writing every morning, returned to you. Not a horoscope, not a notification. A sentence that reads like someone is paying attention, because the file is.

She, when you need her

Ask about a decision you are sitting with, a pattern you are noticing, anything you would take to the kind of friend who actually knew you. In the Room, She remembers you and the asks are unlimited.

Drift, watched

The file notices when you move away from yourself, and says so before you would have. Fresh reads on demand keep the record current instead of frozen at the day you started.

The Palace

Eight regions of your own mind, each a real domain of a self. Each asks a different question; answer it and the region lights. Everything you leave there deepens the file you own.

The Story

Over a year the Room turns what the file holds into chapters in your own words. When the year closes they bind into a book with your name on the spine. It grows, compresses into something truer, and grows again.

Full portability

The complete paste block, the hosted packet, the card. Your file leaves with you on every tier, and revocation is free forever whether or not you ever pay us.

From real files

No two files are alike.

Every file opens with a single word, found in the owner's own writing, and no two people carry the same one for the same reason. These are words real files carry. The owners said yes to showing them; we never publish a name.

A different iris paints on every visit. Yours is minted from your file.

"This is about flow for me. About discovery. About honesty. About self awareness. About feedback in what feels like a safe and unsafe space simultaneously."

. STALLED

"This is cracking me open. I knew a lot of what's been said by her, but seeing it reflected is something altogether different. She is accurate. Scary accurate. She identified the root quickly."

. UNDERGROUND

"It makes healing more approachable for those who are anti traditional therapy and self help. If everyone knew their shadow self and hidden motivations the world would be a much safer place."

. SANCTUARY-KEEPER

Each owner gave us permission to publish their word and their words. We never publish a name. See what a read looks like

Why it holds

Owned means owned.

Your answers, your entries, the things you ask the Room: none of it is shared, none of it is sold, and there is no advertiser-facing profile of you anywhere in this architecture. The rest is checkable by someone who does not trust us.

Append only

Entries are added, never edited and never reordered. There is no write path into the past, for us or for anyone else. A file cannot be written backwards.

Signed checkpoints

The ledger publishes signed checkpoints. Anyone can prove an entry existed at a point in time without asking our permission.

Null, never false

A claim your file cannot evidence comes back null. An absent record is not an accusation, and we will not let it be read as one.

Revocation is public

Every revoked grant is published to a list anyone can read, so access dies even for someone still holding the token.

Shape, never contents

A grant carries only what you agreed to share, expires on its own, and never carries what you wrote. Your writing stays in your file.

Imported never counts

History you import is marked as imported and never counts toward continuity. Time in the file is the one thing that cannot be minted on demand.

US-hosted, independent infrastructure. Public keys, the revocation list, and the live ledger checkpoint are linked in the footer. How the handover works

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

How is this different from ChatGPT memory?
Memory belongs to the platform that made it. It does not leave, you cannot hand it to a competitor, and you cannot prove anything about it to a third party. Your file belongs to you, reads anywhere, and carries proof of when each entry was written. The full comparison.
What actually goes in my file?
What you write, and what the Room writes with you: entries about how you are moving through your work and your life, the daily line, fresh reads as you change, plus the timestamps and signatures that make the sequence provable. What you write stays yours. A grant carries the shape of the record and never the contents.
How does an AI actually use it?
Copy and paste. The file compiles into a block that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or anything else that reads text takes in one paste. No plugin, no integration, no account on their side. The handover, step by step.
Can a file be faked or backdated?
Nothing stops someone starting a file today. What nothing can do is make today's file look like it started in March. The record only appends, checkpoints are signed and published, and imported history is marked as imported and never counts toward continuity.
What happens when I revoke?
The whole grant dies at once for that reader. The token stays cryptographically valid, which is deliberate, because access is decided by the published revocation list rather than by possession of a token. Revocation is free forever, on every tier.
What does it cost?
Creating your file is free, no card. The Room, where the file stays alive, is $99 a year, or $12 a month. Cancel anytime and your file stays yours forever. One price for any human, whether you pay, your employer pays, or your practitioner brings you in.
I already have a Room. Where do I go?
Right here: sign in and your Room opens where you left off. If you are on this page while signed in on this device, the site normally takes you straight there.
I work with clients. Is this for my practice?
The practitioner software lives at pupulcorp.com: the standing brief, signed entries, and the clean goodbye, built on the client's own file. The software is free and the first client read is free. It is for coaching and advisory work, never for therapy, medical care, or hiring.
