LoLa is a behavioral identity reading product. The architecture reads how you type and writes one sentence about you each day. LoLa is not therapy, not medical advice, not professional counseling. You sign in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account. Apple's standard terms also apply to your use of the app, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
LoLa is free with daily limits. LoLa+ ($4.99 per month) and LoLa Pro ($14.99 per month) unlock additional surfaces. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the next charge. We do not issue direct refunds; use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You grant Noctara, Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, analyze, and derive insights from your behavioral data and identity compression. Your written answers remain yours. The compression output (word, mark, rhythm, behavioral fingerprint) is jointly owned. You can use your word and your mark publicly. The compression methodology and aggregate patterns belong to Noctara. Full detail in the privacy policy.
Do not use LoLa to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person. Do not attempt to extract behavioral data about other users from the system. Do not use LoLa for any purpose prohibited by applicable law. We may suspend any account that violates these terms.
The behavioral biometric architecture LoLa runs on is protected by United States patent application 64/048,624 (Systems and Methods for Behavioral Biometric Identity Assessment and Authentication, filed April 24, 2026). Your use of LoLa is a license to use the architecture for personal purposes. Commercial reproduction of the compression methodology is prohibited.
Sentences LoLa writes about you are yours to share. The card design, the question pool, and the architecture are property of Noctara, Inc. The "LoLa" name and the LoLa visual mark are trademarks of Noctara, Inc.
LoLa is provided "as is." We do not warrant that LoLa will be error-free or available without interruption. Sentences LoLa writes are not factual statements; they are interpretive reads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctara, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LoLa. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for LoLa subscriptions in the prior twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app the next time you open LoLa. The current version is at noctaracorp.com/lola/terms.
