LoLa is free with daily limits. LoLa+ is $4.99 a month. LoLa Pro is $14.99 a month. Subscriptions are managed in Apple App Store settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LoLa.
For refund requests, use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. We will honor Apple's decision.
Sign-in is via Apple ID. To delete your account and LoLa data, open the app, tap the settings glyph, then delete my account. Your data is wiped immediately. Your Apple ID is not removed.
LoLa reads how you type, not what you typed. Your individual answers stay yours. Aggregate patterns inform the architecture. Full detail at the privacy policy.
