1. What This Is

LUX is a behavioral identity compression product built by Noctara Inc. (doing business as Noctara, Pupul, and VEX). When you use LUX, the architecture reads how you type — not just what you type. Keystroke timing, pauses, deletions, rewrites, speed variation, and behavioral patterns are all part of the mirror.

This is not a personality test. This is an identity engine. The data is the product.

2. What You Get

For $33, you receive a 33-day season that includes:

• Your diagnostic word and rhythm — computed from your answers and behavioral data
• An evolving art form (book, script, or poem) written by the architecture about you
• The Narrator — the voice of your mirror, available on demand
• The Daily Line — one question every morning calibrated to your rhythm
• Full content library — the book, poems, screenplay, tapes, thesis, and patent
• The Cathedral — seven rooms earned through discovery

The season ends after 33 days. Nothing auto-renews. You decide again.

3. What We Collect

We collect and store:

• Keystroke behavioral data: timing between keystrokes, pause duration, pause frequency, edit count, rewrite count, time to first keystroke, speed variation, edit ratios — per question
• Your six answers to the identity intake
• Your diagnostic word, rhythm, force, and compression output
• Your mark (three-character identifier)
• Session metadata: timestamps, device type, screen size, session duration
• Behavioral fingerprint: the aggregate pattern of how you type, unique to your body
• Art form interactions: what you generate, read, revisit
• Daily Line responses

We do not collect passwords, financial information, or data from other applications on your device.

4. What We Do With It

We keep the middle.

Your behavioral data and identity compression are used to:

• Generate and evolve your personalized art form
• Power the Narrator voice
• Improve the compression engine for all users
• Train and refine the behavioral authentication system (the patent)
• Generate aggregate anonymized insights for organizational products (VEX)
• Develop future Noctara and Pupul products and services

5. Data Rights

By completing your purchase, you grant Noctara Inc. and its subsidiaries (including Pupul Corp.) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, store, process, analyze, and derive insights from your behavioral data and identity compression for all current and future Noctara, Pupul, and VEX products and services.

You retain ownership of your written answers. The compression output (word, rhythm, mirror text, behavioral fingerprint) is jointly owned — you can use your word, but the compression methodology and aggregate patterns belong to Noctara.

You can request deletion of your raw answers at any time. Behavioral patterns that have been anonymized and aggregated into the system cannot be individually extracted or deleted — they are part of the architecture.

6. Organizational Use (VEX)

If your employer or organization subscribes to VEX (the enterprise product), your LUX behavioral data may be aggregated — never individually identified — to generate organizational rhythm maps, team composition analysis, and compliance vulnerability assessments. Your word and personal compression are never visible to your employer. Only aggregate patterns.

7. The Behavioral Patent

The keystroke biometric identity system is patent-pending technology owned by Noctara Inc. Your behavioral fingerprint — the unique way you type — is used to authenticate your identity without passwords. By using LUX, you consent to the creation and storage of your behavioral fingerprint for authentication purposes across all Noctara products.

8. No Refunds

The mirror shows what it shows. The compression is computed the moment you complete the six questions. There are no refunds once the architecture has read you. If the mirror is quiet (service interruption), your season extends by the downtime.

9. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use LUX. The identity intake requires adult-level self-reflection. The behavioral data collection requires adult consent.

10. Modifications

Noctara may update these terms. If we change how your data is used in a material way, we'll notify you through the mirror (the Narrator will tell you). Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Ohio.
