Pay $133 today. The subscription begins immediately. The dashboard lands in your inbox in 60 seconds. The full Mirror and your branded URL are yours.

Use it for 33 days. Run clients through it. Use it in sessions. Test it in your practice.

If by day 33 it has not landed, write us one paragraph telling us what fell short. Submit it at noctaracorp.com/feedback. We refund the most recent $133 charge in full and cancel your subscription.

The paragraph is required. We do not process refunds without it. The paragraph is how we get better. Thirty words minimum. That is the only friction.

Why we ask for a paragraph.

Because we want to know what fell short. Not the box-check answer ("did not meet expectations"). The actual sentence. The thing you would say to a friend over coffee about why you stopped using it. That sentence is how the architecture gets better. If twenty practitioners write the same paragraph in different words, that becomes the next thing we build or rewrite.

If it landed and you are staying, the same form is your testimonial. Same field. Different verdict.

What gets refunded.

Your most recent $133 charge, in full. If you have been billed twice and request refund mid-month two, we refund the most recent. The first month stands. You used the product. That is how that works.

Stripe processes the refund within 5-10 business days. We do not hold it. We do not ask you to call. We do not negotiate to keep you.

What gets cancelled.

The subscription. Your access stops at the end of the current billing period. Your past clients keep their readings. The architecture has been engineered so their data remains theirs forever, including after your practice unsubscribes.

If you want to come back later, your old slug and dashboard token are preserved for 90 days, then hard-deleted under our standard data retention. After 90 days, returning is a fresh signup.

What we will not do.

We will not call you to try to win you back. We will not send a survey with twenty boxes to tick. We will not require you to schedule a "save call." We will not auto-renew you into a second year. We will not put your refund behind a chat agent.

The architecture moves at the speed of people. Wasting your time after you have decided to leave is the opposite of that.

If you stay.

The subscription continues at $133/month. You can cancel any time through the Stripe portal link in your welcome email. You will get the day 7, 14, and 21 lifecycle emails. After 33 days the window closes; cancellations after that point stop future charges but do not refund past ones.
