What should I put in ChatGPT custom instructions about myself?

Something an assistant cannot work out on its own. ChatGPT already has whatever you typed at it, so a description you write yourself mostly repeats what it has. Does this move my ChatGPT memory into Claude?

No. Noctara does not sync conversation memory between assistants and does not import, mirror, or store your chat transcripts. What travels is a compressed read of you, not a log of what you have said to a model.

Can I take it back after I have pasted it somewhere?

Yes. The block ends with a verify link that is live only while you allow it. Revoke it and every assistant you handed it to can no longer confirm it. Revocation is free and permanent, and it is published to a revocation list any agent can check offline.

What is deliberately not in the block?
